I have raised rabbits since I was a little girl. (My parents live on a Farm.) So growing up we had lots of animals , sheep , goats , tumbling piegons , chickens , geese , rabbits , and would you believe it 2 Ostrich's. ;-)
I purchased my first Lionhead Rabbit from Diane (DJ's Lions Den) in 2003. I took a break from breeding for a short time because we sold our house and moved. Now Thanks to Lydia from Haven's Rabbitry I am back and have better lionheads than I ever had before. Both Diane & Lydia have been really helpful in teaching me about this beautiful breed. Lionhead Rabbits are my favorite breed of Rabbits. I don't know what I ever did without them . They each have their own personality and you get really attached to them. We handle our babies from birth so they are well socialized when they go to their new homes.
